MGSA is pleased to announce the MGSA Award winners for 2025 who are:

• Superintendent of the Year recipient is: Daniel Ciekiewicz, Superintendent at Elmhurst Golf & Country Club
• Assistant Superintendent of the Year recipient is: Amrick (Rick) Pannu, Assistant Superintendent at Southwood Golf & Country Club

Student Scholarship Winners for 2025 are:

• Carson Tiede who is the MGSA John B. Steel recipient and receives a Scholar’s Grant in the amount of $750.00
• Jackson Reimer who is the MGSA Dr. A. C. Ferguson recipient and receives a Scholar’s Grant in the amount of $750.00
• Taytem R. Eilers who is the MGSA George Kendall recipient and receives a Scholar’s Grant in the amount of $750.00

Congratulations to each award recipient. They will be presented with their award or scholarship cheque during the Manitoba Golf & Turf Conference Annual General Meeting (AGM) on March 10, 2026, at the Hyatt House Winnipeg South.
