Assistant Superintendent Of The Year

Criteria:

  • Must be an MGSA Assistant Superintendent member in good standing
  • Has shown leadership or created a new innovation at their golf club

Nomination Material:

  • Official form or letter indicating information of nomination
  • Letter of endorsement and support
  • Description (maximum of 200 words) of why the nominee is deserving of the award
  • Photograph of the nominee, preferred to be a head and shoulders photo or one of the individual on the golf course

Nomination Deadline:

Deadline for receipt of the nomination items is December 12, 2025

The winner of this award will receive the following:

  • Recognition as the MGSA Assistant Superintendent of the Year during the annual Manitoba Golf & Turf Conference
  • Featured article in an issue of MGSA’s e-publication, Super News
  • Plaque commemorating the award

Nomination Form

Please complete this form and return prior to the nomination deadline. The MGSA Board of Directors has the sole responsibility to select the Assistant Superintendent of the Year. All non-successful nominations are retained for the following year unless the individual or nominator wishes to withdraw their name/nomination.
